Instant File Previews in the Finder

Control-click on any file in the Finder, and WorkStrip will preview that item right there on your Desktop. Drawing on the highly capable preview functionality built into WorkStrip, you can now preview images, multimedia and HTML documents in one simple action.

Movies and audio previews start playing immediately, and the previews are just as swiftly dismissed by moving the mouse, at which time the normal Finder contextual menu appears. The attention to detail that accompanies all Softchaos software makes this innovative new feature as seamless as WorkStrip and Mac OS X itself.


HotMenus.... WorkStrip's legendary power and control, anytime, anywhere,

WorkStrip v3.2 brings a major new feature with HotMenus. These menus can be summoned with a simple key press, giving you access to WorkStrips navigation and preview features at any time.

Navigator HotMenu
WorkStrip's revolutionary Navigator HotMenu allows you to view and open any file on your computer at any time. Press the Navigator HotMenu keyboard shortcut (default F8), and the Navigator HotMenu will instantly appear.

Containing a full heirarchy for your Desktop, Documents and Home Folder, as well as your Applications folder and any currently selected items in the Finder, the Navigator HotMenu gets you to the file you want, any time, anywhere.

Application Switching HotMenu Displays all your currently open applications, complete with lists of the recently used files by each application. By default, a simple press of control-tab opens this indispensible menu.

Window HotMenu A list of all your windows on your computer, including minimised ones. Simply select any window you want to have that window bought immediately to the front.

Access your Bookmarked and recent items in your current active workspace, or select a workspace to activate

WorkStrip Trash Item A new item on WorkStrip itself, the customizable Trash Item completes the set of new features in WorkStrip 3.2.
